When I click on

Enjoy Peacock Premium at no extra cost

I receive the following message “Thank you for being an Xfinity Rewards member. Have a question about Xfinity Rewards? Just chat with the Xfinity Assistant. You can find this at the bottom of the page by clicking 'Ask Xfinity'.

Hi there! We’ve got you, that message can definitely feel like it’s sending you in circles.

 

Here’s how to activate your Peacock reward step by step:

 

First, sign in to your Xfinity account and go to the Xfinity Rewards section.
Find “Enjoy Peacock Premium at no extra cost” and click “Get this reward.”

 

Once you click it, you should be redirected to a Peacock activation page. From there:

  • Sign in with an existing Peacock account, or create one if you don’t have one yet
  • Confirm the offer and link it to your Xfinity account

After that, you should be all set and able to start streaming.

If you keep getting that same message instead of being redirected, it usually means the reward hasn’t fully attached to the account yet. In that case, let us know and we’ll take a closer look with you to get it working.
