Peacock reward for Diamond Member

I redeemed this reward last week and did not get the email with the activation. I checked spam folders but found nothing. How do I activate the subscription?

Thanks for reaching out @user_0a1904! We have been having some known issues with this. I'd like to take a look at the account to see what I can find and possibly submit a ticket to the Rewards team. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
