Peacock Premium

I've been trying for weeks to use Peacock Premium. The "activate Peacock" link takes me to an eternally loading page that generates nothing.

I've wasted so much time on chats with both Xfinity and Peacock trying to figure this out. When I scan the QR code on the Peacock app and it takes me to login, the Xfinity page says my Peacock premium is already active. But when I navigate to Peacock, it says I do not have Premium.

When I click on Active Subscriptions, Peacock is not listed.

I am sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with activating the offer for Peacock, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. You mentioned that the Xfinity website says that the account is active, is that what you see when you visit this specific page on the website?
