Peacock Premium

I received the Peacock premium offer through my giga speed Internet service, which is showing as activated. When I log into Peacock, none of the premium services are showing.

Thank you for confirming, @user_e5sxj3! We are unable to see the email that is linked to the peacock account on our end, have you tested any other emails that could possibly be linked to the account?

I used the same email for both my xfinity and peacock login.

Is it a Comcast email address, or a non Comcast email address? I have seen in the past subscriptions linked to a customer's Comcast email.

It’s a gmail address for both. Never used a Comcast email for login.

Ok, let's take a closer look at your account and see if we need to get a ticket submitted @user_e5sxj3. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
