When you went to the Xfinity Assistant and logged in with the Primary Xfinity ID, did you see a Peacock activation banner appear?
Thanks for checking that out, @user_597ff9! For some folks the subscription will activate automatically once it is redeemed. If you visit the Peacock website or app and sign in with your Peacock email address does it ask you to subscribe or do you see Included with Xfinity on the account page?

I am a diamond customer and have activated the reward but it is not getting picked up on the Peacock plus side. Please help.
