Peacock Premium

I am a diamond customer and have activated the reward but it is not getting picked up on the Peacock plus side.  Please help.

Hello, @user_9d2311! Thank you for leaving a comment on this other post, regarding your shared concerns. Our Xfinity Rewards team has been working hard to resolve this for any customer still affected, but we may be able to submit a ticket on your behalf, as an Xfinity Rewards Diamond member, if one hasn't been made yet!
