Peacock Premium subscription not working

Hi there, I posted last January 2026 regarding my free Peacock Premium and it was resolve before, but now it is deactivated again and I don't know why. Can someone help me and verify how long is my free Peacock Premium from Xfinity? Is it just for 3-months.

Hello @Jeremy_1016 Most Peacock rewards were 1-2 years. So if its only been a few months something else is most likely going on. Are you getting any error messages or is it just saying you don't have a subscription anymore?

Hi Matthew,

So before with Peacock Premium from Xfinity, I can watch NBA and some other Premium stuff, but recently it required or asking me to upgrade to Peacock Premium which I already have before from Xfinity. When I check my Peacock account, I says I am not subscribed and there is an error saying " Sorry, we're unable to retrieve all your information at the moment." Now when I went to my Xfinity account and tried to activate Peacock Premium again from the link provided, it directs me to Peacock website and get an error "We're sorry, something went wrong on our side. Please try to activate again."

@Jeremy_1016 I’m sorry to hear you're having an issue with that email. Can you visit  xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password and from there confirm if you see your Peacock subscription or an option to activate?

I already tried it and I got an error as stated on my last reply. "We're sorry, something went wrong on our side. Please try to activate again."

Jeremy_1016, If we just got it going a few months ago, it shouldn't have expired. I would, however, need to dive into the account to check for any changes.
