Peacock Premium re-activation
I previously moved my service in August. With that, it made me reactivate my Peacock offer. I kept receiving emails to activate my offer but when trying to do so I was met with an error message that Says your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer. I have went back and forth with different agents about this issue since obvious with no resolution in sight. I am hoping someone in the rewards department can reset my Peacock offer as it says it has already been claimed in my rewards center. I am sure something can be done on the back end of the rewards center so anyone’s help on this issue will be greatly appreciated

@RoshaeG Thanks for adding a post and taking us with you to the new home. To make sure your subscription is transferred to the new account, we want to first unlink the old address in your profile. Find the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. That will help in removing the inactive address, and will link your Peacock subscription to the new one.
