Peacock Premium re-activation

I previously moved my service in August. With that, it made me reactivate my Peacock offer. I kept receiving emails to activate my offer but when trying to do so I was met with an error message that Says your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer. I have went back and forth with different agents about this issue since obvious with no resolution in sight. I am hoping someone in the rewards department can reset my Peacock offer as it says it has already been claimed in my rewards center. I am sure something can be done on the back end of the rewards center so anyone’s help on this issue will be greatly appreciated

@RoshaeG Thanks for adding a post and taking us with you to the new home. To make sure your subscription is transferred to the new account, we want to first unlink the old address in your profile. Find the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. That will help in removing the inactive address, and will link your Peacock subscription to the new one.

It says an unexpected error occurred when I try to unlink my old address. An agent also told me today that it shows I unlinked it even though I still see it.

@RoshaeG  That's good, as long as they see it unlinked we can proceed. Did they have you go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password?

You should see the sub listed there, if you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock.

  1. You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
  2. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.

@XfinityBenny​ Yes, I have been to both. The first one doesn’t show anything I don’t even see peacock listed. When going to the Xfinity.com/activate-peacock I receive a your account isn’t eligible for this peacock offer error.

RoshaeG I want to take a closer look at your account and make sure all the billing codes have been applied. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
