Peacock Premium Offer Not Available

I am enrolled in Xfinity Rewards Diamond Tier. I have Internet Service. But when I try to add activate Peacock Premium, I get: "We're sorry, your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer." I am logged in under the only log-in for the account. I tried to get through to a live agent via chat, but couldn't. I can't submit a report because it requires a date, but I don't have one. What can I do? TYIA.

Hello @bekalah84. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. Under the Xfinity rewards section does it show that you have redeemed peacock at no extra cost?

No, it is not listed under "My Activity" and it not available as an option for me on the Rewards page that lists the available offers. I went to the Activate Peacock site (https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock) and that is where its giving the message, "We're sorry, your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer." I am just wondering why it's not on my Rewards page since on the Peacock Premium promotional offers overview site (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers) I fall under the eligibility listed as a Diamond tier member with an internet plan. I appreciate any help! Thank you!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
