Peacock Premium activated, but not working

My Peacock Premium no longer works with the connected account email login, but the Xfinity subscription website still shows it as active. I tried unlinking it to relink it, but the pop up shows an error telling me to close the pop up and try again later. I need it to be manually unlinked, so I can relink it myself. Thanks

Hello there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to contact us. I see that you are having some issues with Peacock and we are here to help figure all that out. In order to get started can you shoot us a DM with your name and address? 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

@FillLANDERER I'm glad we were able to get you logged back into the Peacock Premium account. I'll check back in with you tomorrow after the maintenance work is completed, have a great rest of your day.
