Peacock Plan Randomly Canceled Right After Upgrading to Gigabit Internet
The Xfinity chatbot on the phone is not helpful and couldn't resolve my issue, can an actual representative assist me? I upgraded to Gigabit internet service in February 2025 which came with Peacock Premium and a $200 Amazon gift card. After a week or so of having Peacock Premium, I lost access to the plan and never received the Amazon gift card. Can you please help me get my Peacock access back the the promised gift card sent to me? Also, can you ensure the only contact information on my account is my own? My old roommate used to be on the plan, but still receives emails and texts and would like to be removed as a contact.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
