Peacock Offer Showing as Redeemed for Platinum Rewards Member
I am getting a "We're sorry, your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer" when clicking on the displayed offer in my Xfinity Rewards. I need this reset please. I've already searched similar posts and done the following:
1. Sent a DM to Xfinity Support
2. Included account info
I need my offer reset so I can apply it to my Peacock account. Thank you.
