Peacock not working as a 1GB internet subscriber

Peacock Premium that comes with our 1GB internet stopped working this week.  Tried re-activing and it now says that we are not elibilbe for this offer (but we have 1GB internet and received an email that we have this for free with our account).  Please help!

I'm having the same issue, a support ticket was opened but it was closed the next day with no resolution

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, and the email you are using to sign in? We’d like to take a further look at your account.  To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
