peacock - changed address and lost my peacock premium

I recently moved places, my internet is working which is great but I've lost my peacock premium... Any ideas what do to?

Good evening @TmenzZ and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with our Peacock subscription concerns, we appreciate it. Are you receiving any error codes or messages when trying to log in to Peacock? May I also ask if you were receiving it through rewards or your gigabit/gig extra internet plan?

I received the peacock premium through gigabit internet. A chat was created with the xfinity team but it longer pops up after 45 minutes of no answer. I am getting an error stating my xfinity account is linked to another peacock account but I don't have any other.

Gotcha, thank you for letting us know that you receive it through gigabit and confirming the error message you are receiving @TmenzZ. Can you confirm that you're logged out of Peacock with your old Xfinity-linked email and then, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock while logged into your new Xfinity account?

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying? I only have one peacock account and one xfinity account and they're linked...

My apologies if I wasn't more clear @TmenzZ. And actually, let me take a step back, have you unlinked your XFINITY accounts? You can unlink accounts here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. Can you also confirm your account is not past due?
