Peacock activation
I am stuck in a Peacock activation loop.
Peacock says:
Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It
PPG_0017_3b6740
But the only Xfinity account I have ever had shows no subscription.
Based on other post by users with a similar issue, I need an Entitlement Reset for my Peacock reward. Please check my account provisioning.

Hey there, @user_19ubmw, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Peacock activation. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting your subscription. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
