Peacock Activation

I have the Gig internet and also Platinum account. My Peacock Activation shows "Claimed" with a checkmark. However, I've not seen any emails come through and none of my emails work with Peacock. The redirect links to Peacock-Activation do not lead me to anywhere to do so.

the same issue I am having.....was told I would be contacted on several days but that has not happened...think I am giving up with xfinity
