Peacock activation not working again

I am a Diamond Rewards member and was getting the reward for Peacock Premium for free for several years. It now says I'm not subscribed. My rewards page still says I'm entitled to this. I called support and they told me to click on the offer again. I clicked on the reward offer again. It said I would receive an email in 2 hours with further instructions for activation. I never received the email. The "https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock" link doesn't take me to an activation page. It takes me to a page that says my account is not eligible for this promotion. How do I reactivate the free Peacock Premium subscription?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
