Peacock activation issues

I have called Xfinity four times over the past two weeks about activating my free Peacock subscription. I keep getting the run around that someone else is suppose to be investigating the issue. Does anyone know of a way to get this fixed or who to contact about getting fixed properly?

If you tried all the steps on the instructions to redeem and have been in contact with our customer service reps, we ask you to give us more time for a resolution. We're working with Peacock to deploy a fix asap, and appreciate your patience. We'll be in touch next week to check in with you and see if you have logged in or post any updates we have to share. Hi there @user_1c2024!  Just wanted to circle back to things here.  Have you been able to activate your Peacock subscription since we last spoke?

No it still does not give me the option to activate anywhere. I tried to go through the Xfinity chat and also through Peacock.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
