Payoff charges
I switched my mobile services from Verizon to Xfinity a month ago and I was told that my payoff balance with Verizon which was $200 would be taken care of by Xfinity and it has not. I wouldn’t have switched over until my balance was paid off it this was the case

Hi there, @user_ymsz1p. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. I am not seeing anything showing that we had a mobile carrier buyout promotion recently. How did you sign up for service? Online, on the site or at a store?
