I talked to a human on the phone she told me I would be approved for payment extension I just wanted to be extended to the 16 th of July then on the 3-4-5 of July my bank sent me a texts u were trying to to deduct my bill after I had a conversation with a human so I borrowed $250 from my daughter & paid it so your customer service just really SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not recommend your service your anybody
user_habmp2 I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I understand it can be frustrating to get conflicting information. Sadly, payment extentions are approved online. If you do not qualify, the option is not available. My sincerest apologies. But we do appreciate your feedback on this matter.
