Payment phone
I have tried to sign in to pay my bill. I have to change debit card as one on account was stolen. I have a different card and new number. Please advise.

Hey @user_7emtok, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to go through the needed steps to update the payment information on the Xfinity account. Do you currently have the old payment information set up for Automatic Payments?
If so, you will want to first disable automatic payments to add a new payment method. Once disabled, you would want to follow the steps that are listed on our 'Manage your saved payment methods' support page. Could you please go through these steps and let us know of any error messages that you may receive?
