Payment arrangement issue

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to get your services set up with a payment arrangement, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I know services are vital in my household, so I totally understand the frustrations.

We would recommend reaching out to our Xfinity Assistant to discuss the options further/again for the payment arrangement options/details. I have had similar horrible issues. I was previously on a payment arrangement and my bank account had been compromised so the payment did not go through. I contacted xfinity and was told by rep there was they could do service would not be restored until payment was made. Once I was able to get my account straightened out I made the payment but that situation was out of my control. Now I need a payment arrangement and all the reps say if though you notified us that previous arrangement was broke due to account being compromised nothing i can do to allow a payment arrangement it’s all handled by a system. Xfinity is so automated that are there even any real people working that really assist clients. Not many options for service in this area and the customer service is horrible
