Paying Bill for Phone I Don't Have [Edited]
I have ordered a phone my package has not made it to me I have been calling Xfinity for days none of their agents are able to assist with anything I had to call FedEx and put in my own case finally received call from the FedEx facility they don’t even have my order they asked me what it was like isn’t Xfinity job to contact the shipper. I’ve had to do everything and fight on my own. Now I have a bill that I’m paying for a phone I don’t have that someone has definitely stolen and probably using it. Been at my local FedEx facility for 3 days. It’s scanned in at 6:46 AM somebody stole it as soon as it hit the facility floor I called Xfinity no escalation no refund no replacement no next steps I don’t even know what the hell is going on cant go to the store because it’s an online order.
