Payments can be made online at https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay, through the My Account App or over the phone through our automated system. A computer-generated e-mail regarding the payment will be sent to the e-mail address on file within 24 hours and it will appear on your next bill.

When you go to the bill payment link, your browser may automatically try to log in to your own account. My phone does this all the time. You will need to log out of your account and log in with your mother's account credentials. If your browser is not allowing you to remain logged out, you should be able to log in to her account by opening an incognito browser window and pasting this link into the URL: https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay
