Package Delivered to Our House, correct address wrong person

Hi, we have a package that was delivered to our house the address on the label is correct, but Jeff doesn't live here. We are former Xfinity customers but not current ones (long story but no plans on coming back). I don't have a way to sign in and I have no desire to sit on a phone pushing buttons to navigate through endless menus with the hopes of getting to talk to a live person about the mistake.  How do I get the package back to Xfinity without me paying for it or dropping it off (there are no close drop off locations)?

This ->  "When you click Post, you'll be asked to Sign in. If you don't have a forums account, you can create one then to continue" needing to sign in, is the type of [Edited: "Language"] that makes me want to just throw the package away and let Xfinity and Jeff fight it out, nothing with getting help from Xfinity was ever easy and it's part of the reason I'm no longer a customer. Anyhow, I'm going to create an account because I feel bad for Jeff, but if this gets very complicated or you make it difficult, I'll just leave the package on my porch until it disappears and assume Jeff got it.

So I just tried to post and your first strike is the following "

This information doesn't match our records

Try again orcontact usand one of our agents will be happy to help you."

You get two strikes, maybe more just so I can post how much I dislike Xfinity.

OK strike two, I click "Create a new Xfinity ID" and I get "Enter the mobile phone number on your account".  What is wrong with you people? I just clicked that I don't have an ID and now you want me to have an account. [Edited: "Language"]

@user_8mowg2 I'm sorry to hear of the frustration this has caused you. Returning equipment as a non customer is done through dropping it off at any XFINITY or UPS Store.  Do you have any UPS stores you can drop it off at? Mailing it back to the address on the label is also an option.

Nope. I guess this really isn't my problem. I'll let Jeff and Xfinity sort it out.
