Outside cable box missing
I have tried to contact Xfinity in the past about this issue with no luck. Since we moved into our house a few years ago, our outside cable hook-up connection has never had an exterior cable box cover. The cables are rusty now and unsightly. I think the HOA will complain about this. If I could order a box myself and cover the cables, I would. How do I put in a proper work order to get a cable box cover installed on the outside of my house?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

It has been a few weeks and nothing has been done by Xfinity to fix this problem. This has been my third attempt to get this cable box fixed and the company refuses to do it.

It has been a few weeks and Xfinity still has not resolved this issue. This has been my third attempt to get this fixed in a couple of years. I am very disappointed in this service. The HOA has cited other people in the neighborhood with this issue. I am unsure why this company will not honor their work or service
