Outside cable box missing

I have tried to contact Xfinity in the past about this issue with no luck. Since we moved into our house a few years ago, our outside cable hook-up connection has never had an exterior cable box cover. The cables are rusty now and unsightly. I think the HOA will complain about this. If I could order a box myself and cover the cables, I would. How do I put in a proper work order to get a cable box cover installed on the outside of my house?
