In order for Xfinity services to be activated, one of the requirements is an active cable line to connect the modem or cable box too. If there are no outlets in your home, however, we can look into getting something installed, it might require a Xfinity technician, or there is a company that we partner with called Hello Tech that does cable outlet installations.
