Outdoor junction box to cover the coaxial cable coming out of the ground to the house

Hello, there's no junction box to cover the connection between xfinity cable and our house cable. I'm wondering if this is xfinity's responsibility to install that box or do I need to do it? As weather starting to get wet, I would like this to be taken care of soon.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey @user_p1q6ya, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Thank you as well @EG for bringing this to our attention. When our techs set up service at a location, they do install the box and make sure it is ground properly. We can certainly get someone out to get it installed and thank you for letting us know before the weather gets bad. Can you send us a direct message so we can get an appointment set up?
