Outdoor Cable is down
Outdoor cable in the backyard split after a tree fell on it. Internet is down. I keep calling customer service and they just send me a link and nothing from there

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello and thank you for reaching out with your concern on our Xfinity Community Forums. We're here to help. ❤️
Typically, when customer support sends you a link in the event of a service interruption, it is the final stage of troubleshooting and if you use the link, it will allow you to schedule a technician to come and make a repair.
When you were speaking with them, was this mentioned?
You can actually troubleshoot your Xfinity Internet directly through the Xfinity App.
- Open the app, sign in using your Xfinity ID, and tap the Wi-Fi tab.
- Select Troubleshoot to scan for any issues.
- The app can detect the local service interruption, test your speed, and allow you to restart the gateway.
- If the app cannot fix the issue, it will allow you to schedule a technician.
If that doesn't work for you, please let us know and we can assist you further! 😀
