Outages in Tacoma, WA

For several weeks now (late August/September 2024], I have experienced numerous WiFi/internet outages which Xfinity only says are in my service area and are being addressed. They seem to happen early PM and last between 2-3 hours. What is going on? I’ve spoken with both homeowners and business people in my area and they are having the same problem.
