Outage

Xfinity has notified me of planned network work and potential service interruptions every weekday since September 1. I work from home and have now had approximately two workweeks of repeated disruption to a residential internet service that I am paying for. I need this escalated so I can receive (1) an estimated completion date for the network work, (2) an explanation of why my address is being affected repeatedly, and (3) an appropriate service credit covering the entire period of repeated outages.
