Outage

Once again no service. That is 4 times in the past 2 days. I was just on an important call and it got disconnected cause of no service. You guys need to do better communication. Now what do I do about the upset customer I have that I lost connection with cause your service is out once again?

So how does that help me? I lost a very important customer and now what. Should I tell them that Xfinity can’t keep service in my area and we have outages all the time?
