Outage

Your web sight says the outage was reported 2/19 it was reported 2/16 and I received a text saying it would be fixed 2/16 8:45. I received a text today 2/19 at 12:56 saying the problem was fixed it was not. I received a text today 2/19 

saying it would be repaired today 2/19 at 4:40 it is not .

Does any body know what's going on.
