Outage

This is the third day I have had interruptions with my Internet! It's impossible to get a hold of live person. Are y'all going to credit my bill since I've had  3 days of interruptions?? It's absolutely ridiculous that I can't get a hold of a live person. And I'm probably going to cancel services very soon.

You can do that in a few ways, which are listed here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage I personally recommend the XFINITY App. It's the quickest and easiest way to get updates on your account and service! In the event there is a problem going on, there would be up-to-date information listed.
