Have you had the chance to download and sign into our awesome Xfinity App to see if there is a service interruption listed? If there is a service interruption listed, it would provide any ETA (If available) on when services might be restored. If there is no ETA, we also would not have any ETA to share as well.
You can also check the status of the services by visiting our Xfinity Status Center.
