Hello @user_eya0bx, thanks for reaching out for help with your services. As someone that uses the internet for just about everything, I know how important it is to have a connection!
If you are in a service interruption, and looking for an ETA, you can go here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap, and enter your address in the search bar. If our techs have an ETA it will be provided there. You can also check your Xfinity Mobile app for updates as well. If neither option shows an ETA on repair, that normally means our techs are still working on things, but are not certain when services will be back.
This is not helpful to get any reliable service update. When companies like PECO electricity can provide ETA and resolve faster why not comcast. terrible user experience. I got unlimited data plan on mobile for the outage and the bandwidth is terrible on that too. Just increasing monthly bill with no reliable service is just terrible
@kprabha thanks for your feedback. With Comcast being an entertainment service we do our best and work as fast as possible to get services back up and running, but sometimes not able to provide an ETA like a utility company. That being said we are not going to stop working until we get service restored ASAP. You can always look on our Xfinity App for any update.

@kprabha without a doubt we are serious. We wouldn't be the company we are today if we didn't take things like service interruptions seriously. Our team is happy to take a look at your account and see if any new details have been updated. Please remember that in the future should you need help to create your own public post. That way you are following our community guidelines and proper help can be provided. That being said feel free to send us a Direct Message:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Same - why is it taking forever to even provide ETA?

Really useless!
No body joins conversation, nor able to connect to human nor a ETA on service outage!
Are you really serious about business here?
