Hello @user_rwv8co, service interruptions are always super annoying, so I can't imagine what you must be feeling. I'd love a chance to help look into this and turn things around though. Our Xfinity app has a ton of great resources to monitor any active or known service interruptions, plus some troubleshooting steps if you have time to go through those. Are you just having issues with your TV service or are all of your services out? As a friendly reminder, we do want to keep our Xfinity Forum community a supportive place for everyone, so please hold off on using all-caps in the future. You can review our Forum Guidelines as well.
@user_rwv8co yup, that would be tough to do if your main source to the internet was down. In the future, if you ever have an alternative way to access the app or our website, you can track those known interruptions. Our Status Center is a great place to start. Are you still having service interruptions or any service issues?
An alternate way to access the app or website would be to use another options to connect to the internet such as Xfinity-Storm Ready Wi-Fi, Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspot, or mobile data. I know how frustrating a service interruption can be, you can always apply for a credit for the downtime at https://www.xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details. You can check the Xfinity app for any planned services interruption or maintenance, our team of local Xfinity engineers works hard to keep services up and running and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. I definitely apologize for any inconvenience the interruption has caused.
