Outage since February 13 West Memphis Arkansas

We have had a outage since Friday, the internet will come up a few hours and then drop. It is still showing outage in the area. We can’t get in touch with anyone in chat or phone because of the outage. Can someone assist with when this will actually be fixed. Especially for those who work from home and need the internet.
