Outage or Data Breach??

NO Internet after 2 day power outage restored.  Agreed to text updates however None after the first one.  No ETA. Only robo call response.  After 2 additional Days without internet since power restored I should be looking for a new service provider instead of this forum.

I have power but no internet for 3 days. ETA of when it will be restored keeps getting pushed out, or not showing at all. Neighbors across the street have internet. When will my internet come back?

The ETA for a servies interruption can be extended for a number of factors including but not limited to safety concerns, awaiting arrival of replacement parts or equipment, sometimes as one issue is resolved a new previously unknown issue can present causing our onsite engineers modifying the estimated time for services to resume. I do know our team is working hard to bring services back online as quickly as possible. All of our Xfinity internet customer have access to our network of over 22 million Wi-Fi Host spots, there may be one nearby that can help you stay connected. Xfinity sucks!!! No service for two days. Verizon Fios will be the next service provider!
