Outage last week, now cable & internet keeps dropping.

Our area had a major outage last week on the 9th. We were told it was a problem at the tower. We had over 9 hours of downtime and once we were told it was repair we have had issues ever since. We have contacted support everyday and can't seem to get anyone to look at what is going on. Today we had a callback scheduled and while we were on the call the "outage occurred. The internet & cable both go out, then up then out then up. We usually have to restart the cable box but not always. This happens usually around 1pm and 44 pm. In the past we were told this problem is usually caused by the signal being too high. We would like to talk to a supervisor.
