Outage issues

My internet has been reported offline because of an outage. Every time I check it says the same thing over and over again. My wife works from home and needs the wifi. Anytime I look at the outage map it only looks like me with the outage issue. I need some help asap

I've been in outage since July 24th at 3:19pm, and still no updates, no crews seen, nothing.
