Outage in Richmond ca, Coronado neighborhood

2nd day it's been out and I work st home. Has anyone heard an eta on when it will be back up? Generic message saying they'll fix when weather improves. Yesterday they said our outage affected 1-50 customers, now 1000-2500 so it's getting worse lol. Usually we have great service, surprised this is taking so long. Thanks!
