Outage in my area

Good morning this is the second day in the row that there is an outrage in my area and I didn’t recieve any text/emails making me aware of this so I could’ve planned my day sooner. I work from home full time and you guys are effecting me from being able to perform my job duties. This is highly frustrating and annoying, why can’t these things be done AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. Yesterday it took you guys a full work shift to fix this

Hi there, @user_m3udec. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. I can definitely understand being frustrated, especially if you did not receive an alert. Depending on the nature of the downtime, if it was planned or unplanned, an alert may not be sent if we were an emergency situation. Also, some types of work are not possible outside of business hours, unfortunately. Are you still down at this time?
