Outage for iver 10 hours
When will xfinity restore service? This is ridiculous. Status still says "under investigation" for over 10 hours?
Timeline:
6:00 PM – Outage reported.
9:00 PM – First ETA (missed).
11:05 PM – Second ETA (missed).
1:05 AM – Third ETA (missed).
4:00 AM – Fourth ETA (missed).
8:00 AM – Fifth ETA.

Good morning @geb0, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. As someone that works from home, I can understand the frustration of having service issues. If the Xfinity app is showing that you are in a service interruption, the information on the issue is going to be the same information that we have on our end as well.
