Outage Credit?

Since I moved in April of last year and had my service transferred I've been experiencing outages almost every night between the hours of 2am-4am lasting anywhere from 10 minutes to a couple of hours as well as the Comcast/Xfinity website. I haven't been able to access my account, billing, stream, etc. I haven't got notifications for billing, emails, nothing and I've called so many times each timd no one being able to help and not once did any of the agents ever mention I coulf go online and request a credit for thede outages. Now I can't find any information to find past outage dates for my area to now request them and there has been alot. Is there any way someone can check and apply a credit for them? Please let me know. Thankyou. -Amie McPhee

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
