Outage Credit
I’m writing to ask for a one-day credit. I had an outage on 12/6/20 starting at 10:35 PM. I called Xfinity at 11:35 PM the same night, reported the outage, and the representative told me they were already aware of the outage. Please credit my account for one day.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described. Credit has been applied for the unplanned outages on 12/6 and 12/7.
