Outage 4 days in a row with multiple outages in a day

Hello There,

i hope after reading this post you would understand what My wife and I had to go thru these past 4 days. 
the outage started on 10/21 with multiple outages during the day. It was a Tuesday and a working day for both my wife and myself. We work from home and it was a nightmare because this was not a planned outage. Around 2000 users were affected as per the outage map. I was kicked out of multiple calls during the day and same for my wife. 
on 10/22 same issue .. and it was very difficult to work. 
10/23 .. multiple outages once again and it was a nightmare wfh

10/24 .. multiple outages and this day ( today) my wife had an interview scheduled. She had to go to her friends house around 8 miles away to take that.

 
i have been reaching out on twitter and thru the app as well but customer support on this was not very friendly. They compensated me for $40 but you need to understand that internet is an important aspect of life now and it doesn’t matter how much i pay for a month but what impact i have if its not available to me. I am not accounting dvr and tv service here . Just work snd the pain we had to go thru. I hope you feel empathy with my situation and compensate based on the pain we have to go thru and not by what i am paying monthly

We would only issue credits for the downtime based on your monthly bill rate. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

I am having the same problem today. Seems to be no outages in the area. There is construction going on in the area but I don't know why all my services are not working today. No cable, phone or Internet.
