our xfinity box is old and will not support our MLB subscription
we cannot watch our MLB extra innings subscription because our old box will not go to that chanel.

Hey @user_ivrdle, Thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding the MLB channels! Welcome to another season of Major League Baseball. With the official season officially beginning, let's see what we can do to watch your favorite team.
Are you specifically having concerns accessing the MLB Network channel or the MLB Extra Innings channels?
Most of those, if not all, would require our Xfinity X1 set-top boxes. These channels are not available via QAM and would need an IP Video capable set-top box. This means legacy set-top box, RNG-150, and DTAs would not be eligible to access these channels.
Are you currently using one of these types of set-top boxes and need to upgrade them to X1 to access the channels?
