Ordered a phone

I ordered a iPhone pro max over the phone and instead of the pro max he put just pro. I called back soon as I realized it wasn’t what I wanted they told me they can’t cancel the order but I can bring it in and change it for the right one. My thing is will I get my money back then get the phone I want or is ima get doubled charged. Like how does this works.
